The Month of May

I keep thinking things will slow down a bit around here and I’ll have time to write about some of the kitties here at Winnie’s Wish.  Surely that will eventually happen.  Until then, I certainly won’t miss a chance to give a big thank you to someone who supports Winnie’s Wish every May and has done so again this year.

I’ve written about this in the past.    Like me, Maria has a birthday in May.  AND May is the month of Mother’s Day.  For several years, Maria has unselfishly given up her Mother’s Day and birthday gifts to support Winnie’s Wish.  Each May, Maria asks her two adult children to send a paypal gift to Winnie’s Wish in lieu of receiving gifts for herself.  I appreciate Maria (and her children) so much!

Maria – THANK YOU. 

 

For my birthday this month, I’m hoping for good health for my family members.  And always for good health and happiness for the kitties of Winnie’s Wish.

We’re Still Here

Hi Friends!  Not sure how many of you will even see this.  I’m sure you’ve stopped checking the daily dose blog because I haven’t posted since the beginning of January.  There have been a series of family health issues that have come nearly back-to-back.  Blogging had to go by the wayside.  But things are looking up some now.  I’m not sure how much blogging I will do, but maybe at least an update occasionally.

WE’RE STILL HERE!

The 32 cats of Winnie’s Wish are still here.  They still have all the same needs.  And that’s why it was absolutely wonderful when mr and her husband sent a gift to Winnie’s Wish in honor of their two cats’ TENTH Gotcha Day!

Felicity and Hershey were Wishers once upon a time.  They were adopted by this wonderful couple and have been living The Good Life ever since.
