Ginny & the fur family

Zen is the perfect name for her. It looks like she walked across the bottom of an old septic tank, or on some hot asphalt.Who will ever know what brought her to you -but fate led her to the catio. She is beautiful. I know you will always do right by any cat or dog in your care. The great god of cat lives knew she needed help and led her to you. Your lights are like a beacon in the darkness. Much like the star of Bethlehem. Some things are just meant to be. Maybe the vet will have some ideas. Please let us know what she says. Welcome Zen, this is your new home.

This is a cat who came right to you. Mary Anne, over at Feral Cat Behaviour (http://www.feralcatbehavior.com), another private rescuer, attracts them that way. It's good that they come to where they will be cared for, but distressing that there is never enough room for them all. I think cats in a rescuer's life are like gas in a container: they expand to fill all the available space.

Random Felines

Glad Zen is in good safe hands. But oh for video of her arrival.... :) Hope you are OK and Evers calmed down

The Poupounette Gang

In France, "Being Zen" is a widely used expression! This little Zen knew exactly where she was coming to!

Cat's Cats

She needed you so badly she came right in!!! Wow. Zen's feet look sore :(

Andrea and the Celestial Kitties

Aw!! Wow, she knew right where to go, didnt she? What a smart girl! Her poor feet though! ouchie! As friendly as she is, I going to assume she's up for adoption the minute she's healthy? Oh boy! Lets start looking for someone who needs some Zen in their life right now!
And while we're at it, we may as well look for homes for the rest of the Wishers, right? Please share them everywhere!
More wishers means more needs, more needs like litter and food and supplies and vetting. So if you can spare some green papers, check out the wish list and the donate button on the top of the side bar to the right!

Maria in CT

Oh my goodness, how did that tuxedo kitty ever find you? Definitely meant to be! Don't worry Chrystal, adoptions will come; in the meantime, you just keep keepin' on and be Zen!

Cleopawtra (Becca Cook)

What a cutie tuxie. She may have bitten her own feet because of the fleas. We had a stray that showed up at our place years ago whose feet looked just like that from fleas and he was eating and biting at the fleas. So hopefully things will clear up once the fleas are gone. Zen is a good name for this new baby.
