Kippie is part calico and part Siamese. She has crossed blue eyes which I find completely adorable. She is an absolute beauty with a personality to match. Kippie had been living in a small cubicle in an animal control facility and for some reason this gorgeous girl wasn't chosen for adoption. She is going on two years of age, and I was told this was part of the reason she wasn't being picked. Most folks adopt kittens – they said. Well not at Winnie's Wish. In fact, I rarely have kittens here. But Winnie's Wishers still get adopted. That's what needs to happen for Kippie.
She spent some time hissing at the other cats in the cathouse when she first arrived. However, I have now discovered that Kippie is actually rather nervous around some of the other cats. In fact, she started staying out on the cathouse deck a little too much and I realized it was because she could get away from one of the other female cats by being out there. I do believe she would be OK with other cats, but possibly she would do better with males? Younger cats? I'm really not sure. As far as people – OH, what a sweetie!! When I first brought her here, she was quite cautious. But in only a matter of a few days, she started seeking out human attention (mine and my husband's). Since moving to the cathouse, she won't push to the front for attention, but when she's the only cat in the room she certainly will take all you will give her.
Please pass this along. Help me find the perfect home for Kippie.
oh my - she is ADORABLE!!! And being cross eyed makes her more so :)

LOve those crossed eyes. She is a lovely full grown cat and would make a wonderful pet. I like her coloring. Please someone make a place in your heart for kippie. Any one can use another warm loving furry. Rain will be back tonight but today is very hot here in Fur A Way Land. keep your furries inside when it is this hot and if out side provide shade and ice water several times during the day. Prayers for my Chance he is at the Vet and is having IV's in his leg to put liquid into his body. Just went to see him and will leave him over night for testing.... Ginny & The Fur Family
