Marian in Houston

Sallie is a torbie which is half tortiseshell and half tabby. Almost always girls they are known for their attitude and intellegence. I have one, her name is Mary Elizabeth. I got her and her brother, Paul Edward, when they were less than 2 weeks old and adore them. Mary never ceases to amaze me with her attitude. Mary and Paul are now 8 and she is still my special girl. From your description of events when Sallie came to you I think you have seen evidence of her specialness already. I imagine that whoever adopts this girl will get a special treat.

I love Marian's description of a Torbie. I had one named Caleigh a few years ago who was dropped on me in an ice storm. She old and sick and freezing. I Brought her inside and fed and doctored her and fell in love with her. She lived three more years and passed. She was all that Marion said. And as always Andrea said the streight and true words of a furry lover.Please- some one out there who can make a place in your home for one special girl give Sallie a loving home. She will love you and your life will be better in all kind of ways. That sweet face will greet you every day and she will be the joy of your life. It is a cold dark night here in Fur a way land, but when I cozy up to my sweet furry- Miss Cat(alis)Heidi and my little cat Grettel and dog Brindel at my feet the world is a happy warm place. They are all rescues and give me so much more love than you could know. Things go better with furries. When you have animals that love you, every thing seems warm and bright. Best wishes to all in Blog land. Ginny & The Fur Family
