I was 100% ready to post today's brick story when I discovered an error. I was horrified to suddenly notice that I got the name wrong on the brick. In all of this time, through all stages of the organizing, ordering, and even the picture-taking, I never once caught it until this morning. I've been in contact with this person and have explained my error. I was willing to order another brick immediately, but she has KINDLY suggested we wait until my next brick fundraiser this Spring - saving me some pretty steep shipping costs (incurred if you order less than five bricks in any order). I will be doing her brick during the next round. Tomorrow, I will move on to the next brick story I had planned to do.

It happens. Recently, my mom switched banks and she ordered checks...and guess what got messed up? The phone number on the checks...I know...not the same as a name, but the check ordering people seriously think we only have 2 digits and then 5?

Don't worry - be happy and let's all have a good laugh on Ms. Chrystal - I needed a laugh today - accidents happen to us all... Today I went for supplies and when I got to the car I had bought a big blue bag of puppy food- Purena of course and it is supposed to be cat chow.. my face is bright red. I am glad I noticed it before I left the parking lot... the cashier was so nice and used to little old animal lovers having to exchange... It was a great story about the brick and fun to read... as they say - It will all come out in the wash - or as it were, brick story... have a great day- Ginny & The Fur Family Don't even get me started about the - license bureau for a sticker.... ANOTHER ROYAL MIXUP... but any thing can be fixed - and so it goes....

This may actually be a bit of serendipity... Since ordering the brick for Peach I've lost my dear buddy, Simon. Now we can do their bricks together and since they were friends that is fitting.
The Universe is always at work; mysteries presented to us daily for us to explore and try to understand. This is another of those events. All is well...
