Hey Facebook Friends. THANK YOU for “Liking” my daily dose page. Let me tell you about it. With Cheri’s help (well, actually she did the WHOLE thing), my daily dose page exists for people to visit even if I never actually know them or try to “friend” them. So if you’re reading this, and you have already liked my page, will you pass it along please? And if you’re reading this, and you haven’t liked the page yet, would you be willing to do so? (and then pass it on) The idea is to get this page out there for two major reasons. ONE - I hope to introduce more and more people to my rescue work to grow the pool of potential forever homes for the dogs and cats here. And TWO - I hope to advertise my book through this page with more sales meaning more money to keep doing what I do.
Also thanks to Cheri, I have a way to be "tweeted." I have actually been getting notifications of new followers on Twitter. That's exciting. Thank you to new Twitter followers!
Next. If you haven’t watched the Oliver video on YouTube, would you please? (top of my sidebar) And send it to everyone you know. Again - if we can draw attention to my rescue work, the homeless crew here, and the book, I stand a better chance of being able to continue this work or even expand someday.
This blog is changing. It started out as ONLY a place to tell the stories of the many homeless dogs and cats that had come into and gone out of my life. Now those stories are in my book. Eventually, with my initial handful of readers, my blog became a place where money could be raised and homes could be found. Now, it is a mixture of the stories of the current rescues with the constant effort to find ways to save MORE.
Stick with me, friends. Together we can make a difference.
Tomorrow I will tell you how I spent Thursday thru Sunday. What a weekend!! (Imagine this - it involves dogs and cats and puppies and kittens, right? :-) All the more reason to get the word out!

Buy the book to read stories of rescue and hope. Selling books means I can help MORE homeless dogs and cats.

lost my first comment to the neither space out there in the unknown. Love the oliver video and watched it twice. Oliver would make a good stuffie toy with his ears wiggling when the child gives him a bottle and he could make little girgle and meows and pad - here is an idea for The toy makers.. love the page but some one will have to enter my like for me.. cant wait to hear the rest of the story about the kitties to be rescued.. hope the news in very good...remember to donate and like and adopt from Chrystals Winnies room... make a space for some one new... warm wishes for a gloomy day - spread joy to all around .. I liked it! And I like it, lol! I try to click share as often as I'm on facebook, which might be once a day or less sometimes. Getting the word out is important!
We gotta find homes! Look at every person you encounter today with the thought of "could they be a potential kitty adopter?" I'm sure that at least one person could be a yes! Then tell that Yes about Winnie's Wish and maybe even have a kitty in mind for them that you can suggest! If we ALL did this, we could empty that cathouse for the new ones!
Donations, book sales, brick sales, FUNdraiser donations are all still needed! New kitties and puppies means new expenses!
