Halo has almost regressed to the point of being in the same category as Spritz. She has always been a blend-into-the-background type of cat. She was part of the Fantastic Fifteen - the shyest in the group. I mentioned yesterday that I had Cashmere in my office with me for a brief period to re-connect with her and see what she would be like away from Tulip. Well, I did the same thing with Halo for a while, too. She lived in a cage in my office, and she surprised me by actually desiring my attention and affection. Halo is definitely shyer than Cashmere (from yesterday’s post), but I think she will come around eventually in a home with the right people. Again, it would take a very special home - one with no time schedule and lots of patience. Maybe there is someone out there who is willing to give more than he or she would get. Maybe someone out there would take Halo and offer her the good life and be willing to let her come around in her own time. If someone would be willing to give Halo a try, remember that I will take back ANY kitty that doesn’t end up working out.
Now a word about bricks. During the chaos of my life over this past week, I failed to put out reminders about bricks except for one small mention on Wednesday. I had originally planned to collect orders through the end of the month of March, which would be tomorrow. But I will hold off and hope for more orders through the weekend and into the first part of next week. Instead of sending my order off on April 2nd, I will place the order on the 6th. So if you’ve been considering helping us out with a brick order, please go right ahead and do so. Having next week to tie everything up will help all of us. THANK YOU.
